A few announcements

Just as a reminder, starting next Saturday, October 2nd, the Sunnyville blog will have updates on both Saturdays and Wednesdays.  The Wednesday updates will continue to be about the characters and families inhabiting the Sunnyville universe.  The Saturday updates will be either a video from my YouTube account or some original artwork such as pictures of the characters or original comics pages.  In fact, my goal throughout the rest of the year is to produce portraits of the families living in Sunnyville (Rusty’s family, Sam’s family, the Von Straussens, etc).  Don’t forget to subscribe via RSS feed or through email via Google Feedburner to get updates.  In addition, don’t be afraid to comment on posts.  I’ve been getting more traffic lately and I’d appreciate some feedback from my visitors.

At the time of this writing, I am currently pencilling the third episode of Sunnyville Stories, the Train Robbers.  I may share some of the conceptual pieces and sketches of that in the coming weeks.  Anyone who wants real time updates can check out my Twitter page.  I’m also negotiating deals with potential publishers.  I’ll keep you posted on any more updates.  As a reminder, I will be attending the New York Comic Con on October 8-10, 2010 at the Jacob Javitz Center.  Watch for more announcements here about public appearances.  I plan to be hitting the convention circuit for the remainder of the year and next year to promote Sunnyville Stories, promote the weblog, meet fans, and scout potential publishers.

Lastly, I wanted to share one of the promotional videos I made for Sunnyville.  I have posted this up before, but I’m doing it again.  An improved video is being made with more art samples and with some sound too.
