This is a quick blog post. There’s not much going on here today.
Starting this week, I’m taking a class at the School of Visual Arts called “Inking Comics” to improve my drawing skills. I still aim to turn professional.
The sixth episode was briefly discussed last time. It will be titled “Squeeze Play” and will be guaranteed to be quite a madcap adventure. I expect to start work on it in December.
Episode seven will come out sometime in 2012. It will be called “By Any Other Name.”
Episode eight will be a dramatic story along the lines of episode four (still available for purchase over at Indy Planet). It’ll be called “Make the Grade” and will involve a parent vs. child conflict between Rusty and his mother.
Episode nine will be titled “The Japanese Connection”. That’s all I’ll reveal for now.
How fast I get these stories done isn’t known. I hope to strike out on my own sometime next year and attempt a full-time living at making comics. To that extent, I’m still working on a business plan and will be heading to New Hampshire to scout it out as a possible business location.
