Down and Out in Greensboro

I’m okay, everyone.

I went over a week without a new blog post.  But I just want to let all of you readers know that I’m doing okay.

I’m getting settled into my new place here in Greensboro, North Carolina.  I moved in last Tuesday and it was only yesterday that I finally got phone and Internet access set up.  But everything is all right.

Spring Garden Street, College Hill

As I reported before, my home is located in the College Hill neighborhood of Greensboro.  The name is exactly what it says on the tin – it’s home to the University of North Carolina Greensboro as well as Greensboro College.

Everything I need is in the immediate neighborhood.  I have access to groceries and medicines – as well as to art supplies (handy) and a FedEx Office (very handy).  Anything I can’t get around here – Walmart and the Four Seasons Town Centre is just a bus ride away.

Stay tuned for more updates.  As I get settled in, I’ll tell you some more about my plans and my comics.
