Busy with the books

I apologize for not updating the blog any sooner today. However, I have been quite busy. First, the pencils for Sunnyville Stories episode 9 have almost been finished. They should be done by the end of the week. From there, I can start the inking.

After much waiting, I finally confirmed that the advance copies of Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 arrived at their destinations. Both the Library Journal and the Midwest Book Review have gotten their advance copies. So has the review site No Flying No Tights. (On another note, the aforementioned site has yet to review the first volume.) A review of those books should turn up around January at the earliest, possibly February.

What’s more – the copy sent to the Library of Congress has finally arrived! As Sunnyville volume 2 has its own LCCN.

But my work doesn’t stop there. I’ve been continuing to promote the book to get people interested in buying it. I also continue to work on selling volume 1. Believe me – there’s a lot more to these books than simply making them.

On another note, more advance copies arrived of my graphic novel Von Herling, Vampire Hunter!
Early copies of Von Herling

Like with Sunnyville Stories, advance copies of these will be going to the trade journals as well as to the Library of Congress.

Stay tuned for more news!
