Scripts, Letters and Libraries

Today, I have some general announcements to make.  First, for those of you who missed the news, another library picked up Sunnyville Stories and this time, it’s in the Buckeye State.

I still need to work on getting my home state to carry my books too.

At the time of this writing, I’m currently crafting some letters for cultivating both contacts and sales.  The library that acquired Sunnyville is the Ohio State University Library and right now, I’ve just typed up a “thank you” letter for them that will be sent out first thing on Monday morning.  I also aim to get them to carry the second volume for their collection in the future.

The final script for Sunnyville Stories #12 is finished and thumbnails will start soon.  An excerpt will be placed up tomorrow.  Another book review should be up in the following weeks.

Besides the letter for OSU, I’m working on a draft of a sales letter to send to Forbidden Planet.  As I expressed before, I want to get them to carry Sunnyville Stories.  This is not going to be done by the seat of my pants.  It will take effort to craft something strong enough to convince the Forbidden Planet staff to stock Sunnyville on their shelves.

That’s all for now.  Sunnyville Stories Vol. 1 (ISBN 9780615653921) is still for sale on Amazon. Copies of Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 and Von Herling, Vampire Hunter are for sale right now at Great Stories. Check out Direct Textbook too for more details on my books!  And if you have an Amazon Kindle, get Sunnyville Stories Volume 1, Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 and Von Herling, Vampire Hunter for it today!
