Slow but Steady on Twelve, Three and Four

Greetings.  Work on inking Sunnyville Stories #12 remains slow but at least work is being done.

I aim to finish this as soon as I can but it should be done sometime this summer.

Inked letters on a comic page

I just received word from my printers that Free Sunnyville is on its way and should be arriving either Monday or Tuesday.  The first copies will be sent out locally to the Fargo Public Library, West Fargo Library and the Moorhead branch of the Lake Agassiz Regional Library of Western Minnesota.  After that, I’ll see about the local media getting copies.

On top of this, I’ve begun preparations for the final clean digital copy of Sunnyville Stories Volume 3.  The ISBN has been assigned (it’s 978-0-9890696-2-5) and the Preassigned Control Number from the US Library of Congress also has been assigned.  I had to put it onto the copyright page and it’s 2015940385.  The PCN/LCCN is important because many libraries order books based on information in the Library of Congress catalog; that is a key market for my sales.  Work will continue but I expect to launch a full-scale assault on finishing the book once Sunnyville #12 is finished.  At the time of this writing, the book remains on schedule to be put to bed on June 30 and to be released on January 15, 2016.

Speaking of releases, the ISBN has been assigned now for Sunnyville Stories Volume 4.  It will be 978-0-9890696-3-2.  The tentative release date for the book will be August 8, 2017.  We’ll keep you posted on further developments.

Sunnyville Stories Vol. 1 (ISBN 9780615653921) is still for sale on Amazon. Copies of Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 and Von Herling, Vampire Hunter are for sale right now at Great Stories. Check out Direct Textbook too for more details on my books!  And if you have an Amazon Kindle, get Sunnyville Stories Volume 1, Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 and Von Herling, Vampire Hunter for it today!
