Sunnyville Stories turns 5 years old!

We have reached a milestone today.  The official Sunnyville Stories blog has now turned FIVE YEARS OLD as of today, August 1st!

It all started with my first official blog post five years ago on August 1, 2010.  In the time before I set this blog up, I had created Sunnyville Stories during 2009 and had finished the first story sometime in the spring of 2010.  I was working on the second story when I took a marketing class and was told about the advantages of a self-hosted blog.  So that’s what led to the creation of the official blog.

Since then, much time has passed.  I’ve celebrated the first anniversary, second anniversary, third anniversary and fourth anniversary too on this blog.  With each passing year, my blog gains more visitors.  I also sell more books and gain more fans as time goes on.  Since this blog went live on August 1, 2010, it has gotten 232,165 pageviews.

I’m pleased to have come so far but there is so much more I must do.  I’m glad to have so many out there who adore my work and have bought my books.

To each and every one of you, I say thank you on behalf of myself, Rusty, Sam and everyone in Sunnyville.  Thank you very much for your support and may we see more years on this blog together.
