Greetings, friends. I have some announcements for this Labor Day of 2015 AD.
First, there’s only about 16 days left to go on the Kickstarter for My First Startup. They are about halfway to their goal so give what you can to their campaign.
Next, AnimeFargo is coming up. It will be held September 18 through 20 at the Baymont Inn & Suites. Be sure to attend if you’re in the Fargo-Moorhead area. In addition to being fun, I’ll be attending to network with others and market my work. I’ll have business cards with me as well as print copies of Free Sunnyville.
Speaking of conventions, I aim to return to selling Sunnyville Stories and other artwork at such events. I’m going to see about getting a vendor table for the summer of 2016 at CoreCon. Stay tuned for more news about that.
I’m liking this new working method I’m using for Sunnyville #13. I’m pencilling and inking a few pages at a time; so far, so good.
Work is slow but steady. As usual, I use a 1.00mm Rapidograph pen with inking the borders of the panels.
I hope to have a few more pages of the story up by next week.
