CoreCon 2016 here in Fargo, North Dakota has got off to a rocky start. I arrived just before opening time but lucky for me, things were not hard to set up.
Here, we have my display of Rusty and Sam, the main stars of Sunnyville. On the right, you can see copies of Free Sunnyville. I gave all of those away but I have more ready.
The other side of the table has the price list along with Sunnyville Stories Volume 1, 2 and 3 along with Von Herling. I got easels to prop the books up; that was the advice of A.P. Fuchs and it seems to be working because people actually took notice!
This was the first day of the convention so not much was going on. In spite of my summer cold, I was eagerly greeting people passing by and telling them all about Sunnyville.
There were no shortage of costumers passing by too.
The convention is expected to kick into high gear tomorrow. Once I have a good night’s sleep, grab more copies of Free Sunnyville and get my business cards, I will go in all guns blazing.
That’s it for now; stay tuned for more updates on CoreCon 2016!
