I have some good news and bad news. First, the bad news – there’s no comics pages update today. There will be some up next week.
Now for the good news – I have something special planned for next week. From Monday August 8 to Friday August 12, there’ll be a blog post up each day. What will the subject matter be?
I’ve chosen about five independent projects like comics, webcomics, publications and so on that I will be discussing here on the blog.
Why am I doing this? Well, these independent projects deserve mention. If I don’t mention them, who will? Also, we in the small press, alternative, underground, independent, etc scene need to help each other out. This is quite a contrast to the more “cutthroat” approach of the traditional business and especially with publishing.
