He was mentioned in a previous story (Sunnyville #11) – here he is now, the town doctor of Sunnyville, Doctor Maximillian Hopper! On a technical note, I am proud of the pen work I did on this page and, with some more practice, my pen drawing will look really awesome.
Nancy’s statement in the top left panel is meant to foreshadow Sunnyville #14’s events but I’m getting ahead of myself. As for Dr. Auernheimer, the town psychologist, he was a challenge to draw. I did many drawings of him during the design phase before getting a final one I was satisfied with.
