Ladies and gentlemen, after coming off that first success on Kickstarter, I would like to announce another Kickstarter for this spring. This will be comics related and will feature ace pilot Green Max.
This Kickstarter will launch officially on Saturday, April 29, 2017 and will run through Memorial Day on Monday, May 29, 2017.
The purpose of this Kickstarter will be to fund a small print run of an 8-page digest size comic book titled “Green Max #1”. It will be in black & white and we aim to print up 100 copies.
The initial goal of this Kickstarter will be US$250. That is smaller than my earlier one; if all goes according to plan, this goal should be met. However, at least two stretch goals have been planned. The big test here will see if I can accomplish stretch goals and to see about getting more coverage out there. The first Kickstarter made just one blog and one podcast. I’m going to need more coverage in the press or out in Internetland if any future Kickstarters are going to be successful or gather attention.
Oh yes – Green Max #1 will be set in Sunnyville and we’ll be seeing our protagonists, Rusty and Sam, in this comic.
