Hello, Sunnyville fans. At this time, we have 34 days left until the Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter launch.
This Thursday, December 7 will mark 30 days before the launch of this Kickstarter. Starting on that day, there will be a blog post each day counting down to the launch on January 5. So stay tuned to this blog for the countdown, more news, the plans and other updates.
As a reminder, the Kickstarter will run from January 5, 2018 until February 11, 2018 – roughly about 40 days. The goal will be to raise US$2,500 to fund a micro print run of Sunnyville Stories Volume 4, a 216-page book that will collect Sunnyville Stories #12 through 16 along with other material.
The rewards of the Kickstarter will be a wide variety.
As little as US$1 will get your name printed in the book as our way of saying thank you.
A pledge of US$4 will get your name in the book and a free PDF copy of both Sunnyville Stories #13 and #14.
A pledge of US$8 gets your name in the book and a free PDF copy of Sunnyville Vol. 4. Now we go onto the really good stuff…
If you pledge a mere US$12, you will get your name printed in the book, a free PDF copy of Sunnyville Vol. 4…AND you will get an actual physical copy of Sunnyville Vol. 4 mailed out to you anywhere in the world!!
If you pledge US$25, you get your name in the book, a free PDF copy of Sunnyville Vol. 4, a physical copy mailed out to you…and you’ll get a batch of FREE digital goodies! Included in those digital goodies are the following – a free PDF copy of Sunnyville Stories #1 (the very first comic!), not one but TWO free digital Sunnyville wallpapers and you will also get a free PDF study guide for Sunnyville #1 and #13. This is an excellent resource for those who want to use comics for academic study or in the classroom!
Those sound like some impressive rewards for your pledges. But that’s not all of them. I have some special high level reward tiers coming up!
Anyone who pledges US$75 will get their name in the book, a free PDF copy, those digital goodies mentioned above…AND you will get a SIGNED & NUMBERED print copy of Sunnyville Vol. 4 mailed out to you anywhere in the world! But that’s still not all! You will also get a piece of original artwork of Rusty Duncan or Sam Macgregor drawn by me in pencil & colored pencil (your choice). There is a limit however on this tier – only the first 10 backers selecting this reward tier will get it.
That sounds impressive, doesn’t it? But that’s not the top reward tier.
There is a pledge level of US$150. There will be a strict limit of 3 backers allowed for this reward tier. Anyway, if anyone pledges that amount of money, you get your name printed in the book, a free PDF copy of Sunnyville Vol. 4, the above mentioned digital goodies, a free piece of color artwork of Rusty or Sam (your choice), an actual AUTOGRAPHED copy of Sunnyville Stories Volume 4…BUT WAIT! There’s more!! Anyone pledging this level will actually appear in the Sunnyville Stories comics! That’s right – you will be caricatured as a funny animal character and you will be GUARANTEED three appearances in upcoming Sunnyville Stories episodes!
