Ladies and gentlemen, Sunnyville Stories #17 is underway! Remember that the Kickstarter to fund this comic will launch on Saturday April 7th! I’ll have more on that as the day draws near.
Also, next weekend will be Fargo-Moorhead Comicon. I will be there and I’ll have more info on that tomorrow.
Here is where we stand on Sunnyville #17 – the story will run about 30 pages. I did meet a self-imposed challenge where I aimed to make the story no more than 34-35 pages. The pencils are progressing on schedule and I aim to have at least 10 out of 30 pages pencilled by Sunday night.
I had quite a bit of fun drawing Rusty, Samantha and Jason together and the focus of this story. I had envisioned Jason as a tagalong kid, following Rusty and Sam on some of their adventures.
It is imperative that I either finish the comic by April 7th or at least get as much done as I can by then. That is the day of the Kickstarter and I aim to succeed with that.
