With the clock ticking down, the Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter has 15 days left until its launch.
The overall battle strategy to fund the Kickstarter will mirror my first one.
Twitter will be a key weapon in the arsenal. There will be three tweets daily along with a pinned tweet to inform everyone of the Sunnyville Kickstarter and to drive traffic to it.
Facebook will also be used. There will be one update a day. Plus there will be paid boosted ads to help get exposure of the Kickstarter. (I’ll talk about paid advertising shortly.)
The blog will be a tool. As you know, I’m doing a daily countdown of blog posts until the launch day and (mostly) every day of the Kickstarter, I’ll be sharing daily posts about the Kickstarter, its progress, any milestones and significant attention.
Kickstarter itself will be a tool. Besides doing regular updates on Kickstarter project, I aim to thank any and all individual backers. It’s important to establish a personal connection in both crowdfunding and comics.
I’ll have some secondary social media channels to use such as Tumblr, Google Plus and DeviantArt. However, this time, a little money has been put aside for a new tool – paid advertising. I have two services lined up to use to promote the Kickstarter that have been recommended.
In spite of all these tools to use, there are no guarantees of success. I will do everything in my power to make sure that this gets funded.
