THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM FOR SUNNYVILLE!
Small Press Comic Gets Its Third Compilation Paperback

Sunnyville Stories Volume 3, the third collection of Max West’s breakthrough creation, hits the streets on January 15, 2016!

Picking up from where the stunning first volume and triumphant second volume left off, the third volume expands the vast universe of Sunnyville. This cutting-edge series tells the saga of two anthropomorphic teenage cats, Rusty and Samantha, living in an isolated village called Sunnyville. Their adventures bring about drama, laughs, thrills and even confusion!

In this trailblazing compilation, Rusty and Sam meet a wandering rock band and Sam’s cousins from a neighboring seaside resort town. Plus, drama ensues as Rusty clashes with his mother over his test scores and his desire to become an animator. If that was not enough intrigue, Sunnyville’s resident restaurateur is alarmed that his upstart nephew will replace him in his own restaurant!

The first and second volumes of Sunnyville have already received superior reviews from the press and the publishing industry. The Midwest Book Review says Sunnyville Stories is “destined to become a mainstream hit” and even compared Mr. West’s work to the renowned Walt Kelly, creator of newspaper comic strip Pogo.  The Library Journal praised Mr. West’s work even more, citing Sunnyville as having “clean artwork and an idyllic story line.”

Sunnyville Stories Volume 3 will be priced at US$19.99 and be available through major booksellers such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The book will also be available wholesale through Ingram and Baker & Taylor (via BCH Distribution) as well as to the library trade via Brodart Company and Alibris.
