Hello, Sunnyville fans. The clock is ticking down and 93 days remain until January 5, 2018 when the Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter launches.
I’ve started working on the copy that will appear on the Kickstarter page itself. This is a very early draft. Mind you, this will go through radical changes between now and the launch day. Whatever I post up here may not resemble the final copy. Anyway, let’s get this show on the road.
Welcome, friends! Today, I’m here to tell you about Sunnyville Stories Volume 4. As you remember, many amazing backers brought the Sunnyville Stories Super Special #1 to life in last year’s Kickstarter. With this Kickstarter, we’re going to go one better – we will be funding the next trade paperback of Sunnyville Stories. That’s right – a whole incredible book containing the magnificent adventures of Rusty and Sam with the whole of Sunnyville!
Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 collects Sunnyville Stories #12, #13, #14, #15 and #16 plus the contents of the Sunnyville Super Special #1 AND the Sunnyville Stories 2016 Annual!
This is what I have so far. There’ll be artwork and pages up on the Kickstarter giving a brief summary of the various stories inside. There’ll also be a breakdown of the costs that the Kickstarter will fund as well as the rewards.
That above text – it’s good but I need to make it stronger. It will also have to work in conjunction with the rest of the page. There will be a video too which I’ll start scripting and storyboarding later on this month. Not having a video on your Kickstarter is suicide and I don’t want to take any chances.
I’ll be sharing some more ideas on the Kickstarter page itself next time along with a video.
