Good evening, friends. I have some announcements to make today and they are in regards to my plans for 2018.
First, there’s the Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter. If you haven’t already, please pledge today and spread the word. I also have another announcement in regards to this Kickstarter and any future ones.
No matter how this present Kickstarter turns out, Sunnyville Stories WILL CONTINUE. Should the Kickstarter not make its goal for whatever reason, I will launch another one later this year in the spring or summer. You’ll find out about that soon enough.
In fact, the next batch of stories – Sunnyville #17 through #22 – happens to be one that I’m looking forward to. You’ll learn more details about those later.
I still very much would like to do a children’s picture book this year. Work will continue on my webcomic Tiffany & Corey. I’m also working on something else connected to that.
However as time, money and resources are limited for me, that means two ideas of mine have to be put on hold for awhile. I have notes and sketches for a second webcomic. At this time, I have to cease work on that. I still hold notes for a spin-off of Sunnyville Stories starring Dominic Duncan, Rusty’s 7-year-old cousin. That too will need to be suspended for a year or two. Some of you remember back in the summer of 2016 how I had burned myself out from taking on too many things. I can’t overwhelm myself again; last time, I made myself sick and also had a breakdown in my creative process.
That’s the long and short of it. I will reveal more details about these items as the year goes on.
