My Kickstarter has finished and that Sunnyville spin-off comic, Dominic & Claire Circus, is nearly done. If all goes well, it should be finished by tomorrow night. Check out the latest Kickstarter update on that.
After that, my next order of business is a planned comic book/webcomic I’ve been planning for a long time. It’s a Western called Poison Ivy Gulch. There are some similarities to Sunnyville, in spite of its human cast. It deals with a remote, isolated town with its populace full of eccentric characters. But that is a whole other story.
I also plan to continue work on my picture book, Hilda & Richie, which is also part of the Sunnyville universe.
As for Sunnyville Stories itself? I’m still on the fence about what to do. I will have been working on this saga for ten years now. I don’t know if it should continue as I want to move on. On the other hand, I can’t just abandon Rusty and friends. Even now with crowdfunding more comics a suitable option for me, I just don’t know what to do.
Sunnyville will remain on hiatus for the foreseeable future while I think things over.
