Readers, I must apologize for failing to update the blog during the week.
Anyway, work is slow on Sunnyville number 10, but it’s steady.
I’m lucky that this story is about 31 pages so it shouldn’t take as long as other stories to ink. I hope to have some more pages up soon.
More importantly, I found that the Plains Art Museum has life drawing sessions and I came from there earlier. My strong points were with gesture as I was sketching the model I saw with graphite stick and pencil. However, my proportions need work.
If you can’t enroll in art school, don’t fret. Drawing classes can be a boon to improve your skills. If you don’t have any art schools or continuing education in your area, ask around. Some museums may offer drawing classes.
Sunnyville Stories Vol. 1 (ISBN 9780615653921) is still for sale on Amazon. Copies of Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 and Von Herling, Vampire Hunter are for sale right now at Great Stories. Check out Direct Textbook too for more details on my books!
