Number 12 and Volume 3

I have a few announcements for this weekend.  First, I performed a bit of maintenance on the blog.  The store has been cleaned up with information on where to buy Sunnyville comics and trade paperbacks.  Be sure to check that out.

You also may notice that there is a “reviews” section on this blog.  That’s actually a collection of the positive press that Sunnyville Stories has gotten.  The idea came from the Moment of Cerebus blog, which is worth checking out too!

Now that I’ve taken care of some important business matters, I’m getting back to work on Sunnyville #12.  This is tricky for me because in addition to working out the thumbnails and various delays, I also have the challenges of the third volume.  That still has to be prepped for publication and the bonus material needs to be gathered as well.

The third volume still remains on schedule for its January 2016 release.  My aim is to put the book to bed on or before June 30 of this year.  It is my intention to have the ISBN assigned to the third book AND get the Library of Congress Control Number by the end of April.

Besides the preparation, there still remains the marketing of the third volume.  That has already begun, but it will go into full blast once the book is put to bed.

I may have some thumbnails up tomorrow and talk a bit more about Sunnyville #12.

That’s all for now.  Sunnyville Stories Vol. 1 (ISBN 9780615653921) is still for sale on Amazon. Copies of Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 and Von Herling, Vampire Hunter are for sale right now at Great Stories. Check out Direct Textbook too for more details on my books!  And if you have an Amazon Kindle, get Sunnyville Stories Volume 1, Sunnyville Stories Volume 2 and Von Herling, Vampire Hunter for it today!
