Hello, friends. Today I’m here to feature another Kickstarter and tomorrow I’ll be talking more about my own Kickstarter. Anyway, this one looks fun.
This Kickstarter is to fund two full color issues of Lacey & Lily, an all-ages superhero comic.
Our title characters are a middle school girl (not the typical teen you’d expect to find in such a work) and her dog. They find superhero costumes inside an old trunk and battle crime.
It may sound cliche, but the art is beautiful with potent writing. Plus while derivative of Silver Age superheroes, it has a unique feel that makes it stand out and not feel like a carbon copy of the typical superhero comic.
