Today is August 1st. Do you know what that means?
It was on this day on August 1, 2010 that I officially launched the Sunnyville Stories blog – a central base of operations for promoting myself and my comics creation Sunnyville Stories.
That means this blog is seven years old today!
I’ve been at this blog as well as this comics series for seven years. I have had good times and bad times. I’ve had to deal with good reviews, sales and praise but there’s also been problems. But do I regret any of it? No, I don’t.
I aim to see this comics series through to the end. I vowed to do fifty whole stories (I call them “episodes”) with Rusty, Sam and friends in Sunnyville and I will finish every one of them.
So here’s to the seventh anniversary of Sunnyvillestories.com – may we see an eighth, ninth and (gasp!) tenth anniversary too.
To all of you readers, fans and well-wishers who have been with me from the beginning through now – thank you very much for your continued support.
