Today is the day of the big announcement!
On Wednesday, September 4, 2019, I will be launching a Kickstarter to fund a print run of a digest size comic called Dominic & Claire Fun-Size. It will be 16 pages interior count and in black & white loaded up with humor.
The goal will be around US$750. It is my aim to succeed this time and I’ve been devising new strategies to achieve this end.
This is also a threshold point for me. My past Kickstarter have had goals in the $100-500 range. I hope to break into the $501-999 range; if I can succeed there, I have a shot at getting the $1000 and above range for future work.
In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing pages and planned battle strategies for the Kickstarter. On that note, I’ve reactivated the Max West comics mailing list so go subscribe if you haven’t already.
The exact details like the funding breakdown are still being worked out. I hope to have that up tomorrow and adjustments will be made as the day of the Kicsktarter approaches.
