The Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter HAS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED!!!
This campaign runs until 12:00pm Central Time on Sunday, February 11. We have until that time to meet or exceed the US$2,500 funding goal.
Remember that both the people of Sunnyville and myself need your help! We can’t do this alone.
Please pledge to the Kickstarter today and share the project with as many people as you can!
Ladies and gentlemen, the big day is tomorrow. Tomorrow morning on Friday January 5, 2018, the Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter will officially launch. It will be launched in the early morning hours.
I am nervous. This is going to be a decisive battle that will decide my future and the future of Sunnyville. The people of Sunnyville are depending on me, my fans are depending on me and all you readers out there are depending on me.
In spite of careful preparation and a specially crafted battle plan, I still know that there are no guarantees. But with all the planning I’ve done, the help I’ve enlisted and the advertising, I’m confident that the Kickstarter will be funded and succeed.
I am nervous but I will face this challenge head on.

Launch day is just a few days away. This Friday, the Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter will launch.
My plans for the very first day have been finalized.
The Kickstarter will officially launch and go live in the early morning hours sometime between 5:30 and 6:00AM Central Time.
Once that Kickstarter goes live, I’ll update the blog with a link, a Kickstarter widget and a screenshot to capture the moment. That’ll be in the early morning hours.
The mailing list will get an update too not long after the blog update. The list will remind of the launch, remind people to pledge and to spread the word with as many as they can.
The Kickstarter information will also be shared throughout social media like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Tumblr and a few others. I’m aiming to get the Kickstarter to go viral because that early momentum will be necessary.
Later on, around lunchtime, the press release for the Volume 4 Kickstarter will go live. By the evening, we’ll have the first Kickstarter project update.
The success of this is crucial. In spite of my careful planning, it’s hard to say what will happen. That’s why I’m counting on all of you out there for your pledges and your contacting others. I can’t do this alone; the people of Sunnyville need your help.
Be ready on Friday Jan. 5. Both the populace of Sunnyville and I are counting on your support for the Kickstarter.
It is now the year 2018! Happy New Year!
Zero hour is approaching. The Kickstarter is officially launching THIS FRIDAY ON JANUARY 5!! After careful planning and preparation, the big day is nearly here.
I was working on a press release that has been going out to some blogs and podcasts. I also will share it here on the blog. It will be sent out to some of paid advertising services that I’ll be using to promote the Kickstarter.
During the campaign, I will continue work on Sunnyville #16 and should be able to wrap it up. It’s lucky for me this story only runs 29 pages, albeit it’s much more dramatic than other stories I’ve done.
A little later, I’ll be recording a snippet for Tyler James from Comix Launch to promote the Sunnyville Volume 4 Kickstarter on their podcast. They had mentioned the Super Special Kickstarter on one last year. I am also going to be contacting Crowdfunding Exposure and iCrowdnewswire. They are the paid advertising services I’m using to promote the Kickstarter.
I will need the help of all you readers and Sunnyville fans to make sure this Kickstarter meets or exceeds its funding goal of US$2,500. We launch on Jan. 5 so mark your calendars and stay tuned for more news.
In about a week from now, the Sunnyville Stories Volume 4 Kickstarter goes live!
Everything is set to go. The video has been finished, processed and uploaded. I’ve done the text and pictures. We’ve gotten approval from the Kickstarter people.
On top of that, the official Kickstarter artwork is ready!
This definitely will catch people’s attention.
Tomorrow, I’ll be working on a press release and some more artwork to promote the Kickstarter. Stay tuned!

As this post goes live, the video is finally being uploaded and processed to the Kickstarter page. If all goes according to plan, I can submit the whole project for review tonight or early tomorrow morning at the latest.
The clock is ticking down. I’ll have more news to share tomorrow.

As the clock ticks down, the Kickstarter is taking shape. It’ll take a little more time but the Kickstarter is coming together. The video is still being assembled. The photos of myself interacting with my characters, the drawings I did and the text is being processed in Photoshop.

I have several drawings to process and retouch. It will take a few more days to do and time is running out. But everything should be finished in time for the launch.
