Sunnyville Number 17, Pages 3-4

Good day, everyone!  This blog post is going live while I’m off on a trip in New York City.  Anyway, we have more pages of Sunnyville #17 to share today.  So…on with the show!

This was done with one-point perspective.  As many of you readers know, I rarely use linear perspective; most of my work is more of a flat view.  Yet, I can use one-point, two-point and three-point perspective should it be needed.

Now we need some drama and urgency to help set up the plot more.

Rusty is a teenager and isn’t free to just come & go as he pleases.  A big part of this story is that he has to be home by 5:00 PM exactly!

The mental image of Nancy grabbing Rusty and threatening him was not in my original script.  It was something I improvised during the thumbnails.

Rusty just tempted fate because we’re about to set up the conflict.  But that will have to wait until next time.
